Tariffs are current as per each property listing and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a tariff increase, bookings made and confirmed (by payment of deposit) will be honored at the prevailing tariff. No responsibility is accepted for errors and omissions within this website.

Check In & Check Out Times

Tenancy commences at 2pm on the day of arrival and Check Out is strictly 10am on day of departure. Pick-up of keys is different for each property so make sure you have been provided with these details.

Bookings

All bookings require a holding deposit of 50% of the total value of your accommodation at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 7 days of the tentative phone, email or fax booking we reserve the right to take another deposit without further reference.

The balance is payable upon arrival by cash or Bank Cheque (Credit Card payment is limited by prior arrangement on some properties only.)

All forward deposits are accepted on behalf of the present owner. Should ownership change, we cannot accept responsibility for arrangements or decisions by the new owners. All reservations remain subject to approval by the owner of the property booked.

Cancellation

If a cancellation is made by either party 60 days prior to the commencement of booking then the deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made less than 60 days before the commencement of the booking the deposit will be forfeited if the property cannot be relet for the reserved time. A service fee of 10% of one weeks rent will be charged to the person cancelling the booking.

For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking date, there will be no entitlement to a refund.
